Where to report adverse events that occur after the COVID-19 vaccination?
You can report adverse events following COVID-19 vaccination to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). Vaccination providers are required by the FDA to report:
- vaccination administration errors
- serious adverse events
- cases of multisystem inflammatory syndrome
- cases of COVID-19 that result in hospitalization or death following COVID-19 vaccination under a EUA.
