About Us

The origins of our success can be traced backed almost 17 years to when Kirtesh Patel and Rebecca Gregg first started in Long Term Care.  We are the founders and owners of ApexCare Pharmacy Solutions. We began our business with the mission of placing the customer at the center of the care process. Our present company grew out of a series of needs expressed to us by facilities in our industry.  Simply put, they wanted a pharmacy with one thing in mind: the right drug, to the right resident, at the right time, at the right price. We listened. By placing our customers’ needs and ideas first, we built our reputation of “providing solutions” to those needs and ideas. We provide not only the medications, but the solutions and services to make it easier and more proficient for facility staff to care for their residents.  We own and operate three pharmacies:ApexCare Pharmacy Solutions Salem; our retail pharmacy, Fort Lewis Pharmacy, and ApexCare Pharmacy Solutions Rockhill, an institutional pharmacy located in Rockhill, South Carolina.

Our commitment to integrity and customer service is at the heart of all these successful ventures. This commitment involves drawing on our knowledge and training, and leveraging our clinical and cost management expertise to help facilities meet the needs of their residents while controlling drug expense. It means delivering on our promises and filling medication orders accurately and promptly. And it also means maintaining attentive, personal contact as we service people and their caregivers in other cities and states each day.

ApexCare’s client base spans the healthcare continuum including long term care facilities, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, and homecare settings.  Our belief is that a true partnership with each facility requires commitment from both parties.  We are committed to providing services that go beyond your expectations.  We would be honored to serve you.
